Parking: Driveway parking has space for 1 vehicle. However, there is guest parking near the clubhouse! There are also other parking areas as well – Please ask us about them!

Safety Amenities: Smoke and CO2 detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher for your peace of mind.

Other things to note
POOL/SPA HEATING: There is a fee of $30/day. Note that we cannot isolate heat to only Spa. (recommended from November to February)
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
